Diane Boyle, Founder of Prima Pilates, has  designed these HD video workouts to optimize the stretching and strengthening of Pilates while combining the essential elements of basic ballet technique. Strength and flexibility is increased through the use of natural resistance and focuses on improving the muscle tone of legs, hips and abdominals. The relaxing qualities of classical music, graceful movement, and Pilates toning exercises are a fantastic way to achieve amazing physical results!

Diane started her career at a very young age, dancing for Pacific Northwest Ballet, Joffrey Ballet, and School of American Ballet in New York.  She has also worked as a model in New York, gracing the pages of Pilates Style, Elle, Glamour, American Vogue and W magazines. She has walked the catwalk for Ralph Lauren, Yves St Laurent, and Valentino.  Diane also modeled her dance movements under water in ad campaigns for Brizo and Olay products.
